This year for the fourth we went to Fallon, Nevada for the long weekend. Marshall grew up in Fallon, but his family moved to Utah about 2 years ago. We went and stayed with his close family friends the Schanks. We spent the 4th with them last year, and they invited us to come down again this year and spend an awesome couple of days with them full of swimming, boating, golfing, and great food. It was an awesome weekend!
Some of the Highlights

-Eating Barn Wedges (If you are ever in Fallon go to Pizza Barn and get Barn Wedges)
-Getting to spend time with the Schanks (they are awesome)
-Having Mya ask me "how do you know me?"
-Playing Badminton with Kenna (she is Olympic status)
-Marshall giving me tours of Fallon

Fun! That hot tub was gross! I like your sandals and that's how I ride in the car too when I get tired of being in the car =)

ReplyDeleteWe missed seeing you guys too! Fallon was really fun, but it wasn't quite as fun Twin Lakes! Hopefully Marshall and I will be able to come eventually.
